For the Corporate Office, we're looking for an Assistant Contract Administrator in Miami, FL. Position Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in maintaining contract files and purchaser database. Assist in receiving and tracking broker registrations, licenses and maintaining all broker information files as required. Assist in preparing and submitting backup documentation to the Project Accounting team (bi-weekly/monthly) for commission payments to outside brokers. Assists in reviewing all purchase agreements for accuracy and completeness. Responsible for assisting with buyer correspondence and calls. Assists Contract Administrator with projects as needed.
