Responsible for assisting the Community Office Manager in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in the assigned community market area. This includes implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the office as part of the Community Banking Division's annual operating plan, ensuring the office's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements. The role involves organizing the work, activities, and human resources of the department, directly supervising assigned personnel, communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel, providing periodic reports, and performing all of the duties of a Community Banking Officer.
