Requirements
- Current or previous multifamily property management experience.
- Polished, engaging, and energetic demeanor.
- Good customer service skills.
- Commitment to applying your best in a high-energy environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
- Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
- Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
- Yardi Voyager experience.
- College degree.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Manager and maintenance team in daily operations.
- Help create an environment for residents that exemplifies California living.
- Assist in managing daily operations and financial performance of the community.
- Assist in optimizing net operating income and carrying out ownership objectives.
