About The Position

Princeton Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join their team at The Jax, Haven, and Ava Apartments in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have one or more years of property management experience, strong leasing skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. This role requires a self-motivated, deadline-driven professional with excellent customer service and administrative abilities. As an Assistant Community Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, leasing activities, resident relations, and administrative tasks across three beautiful apartment communities. You’ll work closely with the Community Manager and team to ensure our residents feel at home and our properties run smoothly.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in property management or a similar customer service/administrative role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and detail-focused
Proficiency in property management software Yardi

Responsibilities

Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention efforts
Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
Support rent collection, financial reporting, and administrative duties
Help coordinate community events and resident engagement initiatives
Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to ensure timely service and communication
Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards
