About The Position

Anza Management is seeking a full-time Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager in achieving Anza Management Company's goals. This role involves promoting a quality living experience for residents, fostering a positive staff environment, and optimizing owner ROI. The Assistant Community Manager must be capable of effectively directing property operations during the Community Manager's absence, including days off and other temporary periods.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year experience as an assistant community manager of at least 100 units.
  • Familiarity with Tax Credit.
  • Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability may be needed
  • Valid California Driver’s License
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Will be subject to a Background/Physical/ Drug Screen

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful

Responsibilities

  • Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control, and customer service.
  • Good computer skills (property management software -- Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word.
  • Experience with all financial-related issues -- expenditure control, maximizing income, collections, budgeting, etc.
  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.
