About The Position

Barvin is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for the Los Altos Trinity Green Apartments. This is a full-time position that requires Saturdays. The role involves driving leasing performance and impacting delinquency. Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager / Assistant Community Manager in multifamily housing
Proven ability and strong interest in leasing and sales performance

Responsibilities

Convert tours to applications and leases
Conduct engaging apartment tours and follow up to close the sale
Conduct move-out inspections and walk vacant units to assess condition, identifying charges and damages
Take ownership of delinquency by proactively communicating with residents, resolving balances, and minimizing outstanding receivables
Support lease renewal strategy by engaging residents, addressing concerns, and helping drive retention
Resolve resident concerns and escalations professionally, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution
Leverage AI and digital tools to maximize efficiency and conversion
