Requirements

• Current or previous multifamily property management experience.
• Polished, engaging, and energetic demeanor.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Commitment to applying one's best in a high-energy environment.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Previous background as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
• Experience with financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
• Understanding of maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant law.
• Familiarity with fair employment and housing laws.
• Yardi Voyager experience.
• A college degree.
