About The Position

This is a live-in position with night and weekend on-call responsibilities. A cover letter must be included to be considered for this position. Requirements

• B.A./B.S. required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• One to three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple responsibilities within a dynamic environment preferably in a residential capacity.
• Provide customer service.
• Handle conflict mediation.
• Perform evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Demonstrate sound judgement, professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail.
