We are looking for a genuine, motivated, and driven Assistant Community Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for YOU! This is an on-site, part-time position (20-29 hours per week).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years in a customer service role required
  • Excellent organization, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to use judgement when communicating with residents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with a diverse audience of residents
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products and CRM software preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently

Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain residents’ data on all applicable platforms
  • Complete organizing and filing of documents, reconciling expense and credit card accounts, scanning/e-mailing, and compiling large reports
  • Attend community events and assist with coordination to include preparations, signage, volunteers, work event and post-event clean-up
  • Coordinate the program user agreement process including monitoring the contract process, key distributions, payment, and performing room setup for different clubs
  • Support the registration function for the pool season, administrative supplies for pool operations at both pools, guest fee and processing, reporting, etc.
  • Greet and assist residents and guests who visit the Charter House
  • Answer resident inquiries by maintaining a good working knowledge of community governing documents
  • Maintain office supplies and order various maintenance supplies within budget parameters
  • Organize calendar and notifications on all applicable platforms
  • Run reports utilizing CRM and Microsoft Office Suite Products
