About The Position

Dogpatch Boulders is looking for an Assistant Comp Team Coach. This role requires experience in bouldering, top rope, and lead climbing, along with a sound understanding of climbing techniques such as footwork, body positioning, movement efficiency, and route reading. The ideal candidate has the patience and passion for working with children of various ability levels and learning styles, bringing a creative and fun approach to climbing instruction and curriculum. This position is interested in creating high-quality training curriculum and programming for Team Touchstone and is excited to collaborate with other coaches to facilitate an exceptional team experience for climbers.

Requirements

• Experienced in bouldering, top rope, and lead climbing.
• Sound understanding of climbing techniques such as footwork, body positioning, movement efficiency, and route reading.
