The Assistant Coach for Women’s Sailing supports the Director of Cornell University Sailing in the planning and operation of the Women’s Sailing program at Cornell University. This includes assisting with team practice and competitions and providing input on player evaluation and other decisions concerning team operations. In addition, the Assistant Coach will actively support the scouting of opponents and the breakdown of our own performances. The Assistant Coach also has both on- and off-campus recruiting responsibilities, to identify, encourage and evaluate application and acceptance of student athletes at Cornell in accordance with the Ivy League, NCAA and University policies as assigned by the head coach. This position also assists with team travel, home regatta management, budgeting, and scheduling. This is a full-time, 10-month position. The pay is $53,820 for this 10-month position. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
