Assistant Coach - Swimming & Diving

About The Position
Assist the head coach with all aspects of the Swimming and Diving program including but not limited to: practice competition activities, player skill development, recruiting, directing and implementing plans for daily practices and competitions, organizing and administering clinics, etc., and overall administrative tasks within the operation of the program. Must demonstrate integrity, leadership, a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically qualified students who are focused on both academics and athletics.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of intercollegiate coaching experience in the sport
- Good organizational, interpersonal communications and computer skills necessary
- Knowledge of and familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations
- Ability to become CPR and first aid certified
Nice To Haves
- Experience at the NCAA Division I level
