Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with sports skills and principles to teach and provide feedback for alpine ski racing
  • Valid driver's license (in good standing, based on UMS standards)
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends for practices and competitions.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, and integrity, strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Previous collegiate competitive or coaching experience, particularly in Alpine skiing.
  • Experience with sports recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Amp up athlete motivation and turbocharge every workout with hands-on coaching and dynamic leadership.
  • Be the creative force behind unforgettable practices, team events, and recruiting adventures—think snow, speed, and serious fun.
  • Tackle travel and logistics like a pro, fueling high-performance results in every run.
