About The Position

Assist, lead, and administer related duties and activities in full compliance with NFHS, WIAA, Greater Metro Conference, and Elmbrook School District policies. The successful candidate will support student-athletes in maximizing their academic and athletic potential and contribute to their physical, mental, and leadership development. The role is at Brookfield East High School and is scheduled for November 16, 2026, through March 6, 2027. Compensation is a stipend.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience.
• A coaching and learning philosophy that addresses athletics in an educational setting, winning and losing, character education, and leadership development.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must meet WIAA and district certification requirements.
• A strong interest and commitment to developing student-athletes physically, mentally, and as leaders.
• A positive mental attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist, lead, and administer coaching-related duties and activities in compliance with NFHS, WIAA, Greater Metro Conference, and Elmbrook School District policies.
• Work cooperatively with Brookfield East High School’s athletic programs and athletic department.
• Assist student-athletes in maximizing their academic and athletic potential.
• Support the physical, mental, and leadership development of student-athletes.
