About The Position
This role involves working with the current coaching staff to provide on and off-field training opportunities for middle school boys' soccer players. The assistant coach will be responsible for the instruction and management of all players, including goalkeepers, and will assist with organizing off-field events. Effective communication with players and parents is essential, along with performing other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals
- Experience coaching with demonstrated success at the middle school/high school levels
- Passion for working with lower level school athletes
- Ability to balance team building with individual skill building
Responsibilities
