About The Position

The CG Middle School Boys Soccer Coach is a seasonal, fixed-term, temporary, and benefits-ineligible position. The coach will be responsible for reinforcing the school's core values, guiding philosophy, rules, and school spirit. They will foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. The role involves designing and implementing comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual athletes and the team, conducting regular training sessions focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and skill development, and organizing and overseeing team practices, competitions, and events, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols. Coaches must also be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive activity buses.
