Baseball, Assistant Coach
About The Position
Warren Consolidated Schools is seeking applicants for the Assistant Coach Baseball position at Warren Mott High School for the 2026-2027 school year. This vacancy is for the Spring season and is contingent upon need and athlete participation. Applicants must demonstrate experience and training relevant to coaching baseball. Additionally, applicants must have completed a first aid course or be willing to complete one. As of the 2024-2025 school year, the Michigan High School Athletic Association mandates that all coaches be CPR certified before commencing their coaching duties. A copy of the coach's CPR card must be submitted to the Human Resources Department and comply with MHSAA and MDE requirements.
Requirements
- Experience and training in baseball coaching.
- CPR certification prior to starting a coaching assignment.
- First aid course completion or willingness to complete one.
Responsibilities
- Coach baseball at Warren Mott High School for the 2026-2027 school year.
- Present evidence of experience and training for the area of baseball coaching.
- Obtain and maintain CPR certification as required by the Michigan High School Athletic Association.
- Ensure a copy of the CPR card is on file in the Human Resources Department.
- Complete a first aid course or be willing to take one.
