About The Position

Frostburg State University Athletics Department is accepting applications for a full-time contractual exempt Assistant Acrobatics & Tumbling Coach position to begin in August 2026. The starting Base Annual Salary is approximately $44,948, which is pro-rated based on the contract term. FSU boasts 25 varsity sports (11 men/14 women) at the NCAA Division II level that compete in the Mountain East Conference and the East Coast Conference. The Frostburg Team claimed its first Event National Championship in 2023.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• One year of coaching or other related work experience.
• Previous competing experience at the collegiate level.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree
• Two years of coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with coaching and supervision of the Acrobatics & Tumbling Team.
• Help monitor and advise student-athletes to ensure academic success.
• Assist in evaluation and recruitment of prospective student-athletes.
• Other related duties as assigned.
