The Assistant Clinical Operations Manager (ACOM) is the day-to-day operational leader of a residential campus and a working floor leader for the team. This role is designed as a development role, serving as a structured step between Shift Supervisor and Clinical Operations Manager, with direct mentorship and a clear path into the COM role. The ACOM will manage all floor staff and per diems (expected 20-30) for their assigned program. The role involves three days a week of operational leadership (staffing, scheduling, onboarding, purchasing, outings, environment of care, coaching, and accountability) and two days a week on the floor as a Lead Shift Supervisor, embedded in the ratio, leading the shift, and coaching in the moment. This role reports to the Clinical Operations Manager and works in close partnership with the Clinical Director and Central Operations.
