Assistant Clinical Director-must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Key Essentials to Behavior Management, CorpRancho Cucamonga, CA
$88,000 - $112,000Hybrid

About The Position

The Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) role serves as a crucial link between senior clinical leadership (BCBA Lead) and executive clinical leadership (Clinical Director). This is a genuine operational role with its own defined scope, not a superficial title. The ACD collaborates with the Clinical Director on managing clinical operations across multiple sites, upholding quality standards throughout these locations, and acts as the designated successor for future Clinical Director positions. KEBM has intentionally established this leadership tier to ensure that clinical leadership succession is proactively planned rather than improvised. KEBM is a five-clinic ABA therapy company founded in 2016, with four locations in Southern California and one in Georgia. Our team of over 68 professionals utilizes the proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology to deliver evidence-based therapy. Our Sensory Spot locations demonstrate that therapy can be an engaging experience. We serve all clients, including those funded by insurance, private pay, open play participants, and camp attendees. As a women-founded, minority-owned company, we prioritize clinical quality alongside profitability. If you seek an environment dedicated to both client outcomes and employee well-being, this is the place for you. Our S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology is a proprietary pod-based group ABA model where clients are grouped in pods of 3-6 with a 1:3 facilitator ratio. A supervisor is always on-site, and clinical support is readily available in every pod. We employ a push-in/pull-out model for group and individual work, with BCBAs providing real-time clinical oversight across pods. As a clinical leader, you will influence the evolution of this methodology, the training of your team, and the measurement of client outcomes. KEBM is committed to serving every client with the same level of care, regardless of their funding source or program participation. This includes insurance-funded ABA clients, private pay clients, open play participants, and camp attendees. Consultation clients in adult residential and group home settings are also served. The quality of care is consistent across all client types.
