The Assistant Clinical Director (ACD) is responsible for overseeing program/protocol development and maintenance, insurance report completion, staff training/supervision, and conducting parent training for each of the learners on their caseload. The ACD supports the Clinical Director (CD) in the day-to-day operations of the center and serves as a point of contact in the CD’s absence, ensuring continuity for both operational and clinical needs. The role is designed for development into a CD role through regular meetings, shadowing, and hands-on support of the CD.
