At Opal Autism Centers, we are building a different kind of clinical leadership experience focused on ethical care, sustainable clinical practices, mentorship, operational support, and long-term leadership development. As an independently owned, center-based ABA organization, we are committed to creating an environment where clinical leaders feel empowered to support their teams, uphold treatment quality, and make a meaningful impact without sacrificing clinical integrity or personal well-being. Our Assistant Clinical Directors play a critical role in supporting clinical excellence, mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, and helping create stable, high-quality treatment environments for children and families. The Assistant Clinical Director supports the Clinical Director in overseeing clinical operations, maintaining treatment quality, mentoring clinical teams, and helping ensure alignment with clinical, ethical, and payer expectations. This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, quality improvement, and helping shape a positive and sustainable clinical culture.
