Opal Autism Centers is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director - BCBA to join their team. This role focuses on ethical care, sustainable clinical practices, mentorship, operational support, and leadership development within an independently owned, center-based ABA organization. The Assistant Clinical Director will support clinical excellence, mentor BCBAs and RBTs, and help create stable, high-quality treatment environments for children and families. The position is full-time, in-person, and center-based, serving children aged 2-6. Opal emphasizes assent-based, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming care, prioritizing learner autonomy, emotional safety, and dignity through compassionate, non-coercive, and individualized ABA practices. The Assistant Clinical Director supports the Clinical Director in overseeing clinical operations, maintaining treatment quality, mentoring clinical teams, and ensuring alignment with clinical, ethical, and payer expectations. This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA passionate about leadership, mentorship, quality improvement, and shaping a positive and sustainable clinical culture.
