Requirements

Comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
Experience in management / supervision (15+ employees) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Stand out for your autonomy, leadership, sense of initiative and responsibility, and stress management.
Organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable traveling to other clinics for training (and/or) work (expenses covered by Vision Group).
Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of EMR systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

Support the Centre Director in managing the clinic (operations, finance, and team) in an effort to provide high quality services.
Cooperate with the medical directors and clinic employees to ensure patient satisfaction and productivity.
Complete different reports and administrative tasks.
Understand and assume different technical positions as needed, such as Surgical Assisting.
Support the organization’s Risk Management program by identifying and promptly reporting patient safety concerns, incidents, or potential risks to clinic management, to assist in the organization’s overall efforts to identify, report, and mitigate risks.
