Requirements
- The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher
- Commercial Certificate or FAA ATP with appropriate endorsements
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Experience with Project Management or similar activity

- Skilled in advising and influencing managers or non-management employees to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
- Directly participates in establishing and administering multiple projects
- Develops and administers budgets, schedules and performance standards
- Manages large or complex teams of managers and or non-management employees (typically at the professional level)
Responsibilities
- Operates aircraft and manages test pilots performing aircrew duties, including activities to prepare for and conduct safe test flight operations; applies crew resource management principles to the operation of aircraft
- Performs and manages activities to plan, conduct and evaluate ground and test flights
- Leads aircrew activities to support design efforts. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops, trains and evaluates test pilots
