About The Position

The Assistant CFO provides leadership across Shell Point’s accounting, finance, and financial reporting operations. This strategic leadership role enables real-time visibility into financial performance and supports Shell Point’s mission through analytics and operational partnership. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, ERP governance, and technology enablement in a finance setting, preferably involving Oracle NetSuite.

The Assistant CFO promotes a culture consistent with Shell Point’s mission and core beliefs; leads, mentors, and develops finance and accounting team members; and fosters accountability, collaboration, and innovation. The position serves as a strategic partner to the CFO and leadership team and builds strong cross-functional relationships with operational leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in accounting, finance, public accounting, or related financial management disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading ERP-enabled accounting, finance, and financial reporting operations.

Nice To Haves

• CPA.
• Experience in senior living, health care, not-for-profit, or hospitality.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
