About The Position

Shell Point is seeking a qualified individual to provide leadership across its accounting, finance, and financial reporting operations. This strategic leadership role is responsible for enabling real-time visibility into financial performance and supporting Shell Point’s mission through analytics and operational partnership. The ideal candidate champions continuous improvement and has experience in ERP governance and technology enablement in a finance setting; Oracle NetSuite experience is preferred.

The Assistant CFO will promote a culture consistent with Shell Point’s mission and core beliefs; lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting team members; foster accountability, collaboration, and innovation; serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and leadership team; and build strong cross-functional relationships with operational leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• At least ten years of progressive leadership experience in accounting, finance, public accounting, or related financial management disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience leading ERP-enabled accounting, finance, and financial reporting operations.
• Experience in ERP governance and technology enablement in a finance setting.

Nice To Haves

• CPA.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Experience in senior living, health care, not-for-profit, or hospitality.
