Requirements

• 1+ year in retail & customer service
• Able to work one weekend shift (not both) and flexible weekday hours
• Positive, proactive, and passionate about personal and team growth
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to respond to in-center needs as they arise

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years' experience with a proven sales track record
• Prior leadership experience
