About The Position

The Assistant Center Manager reports to the Center Manager and, in their absence, assumes ultimate responsibility for all center operations, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with Company SOPs and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The position involves collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability. Collaboration with the center manager is key to ensuring quality compliance by meeting company, regulatory, and customer requirements to safeguard the purity and efficacy of plasma, as well as the safety of donors and employees. The Assistant Center Manager will work with quality personnel and the QA team to develop corrective action plans for audit deficiencies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, including training and record-keeping. Responsibilities also include employee recruitment, training, counseling, termination, and corrective action programs, adhering to HR policies to treat all employees fairly. Additionally, the role supports the center's marketing and advertising efforts. Overnight travel is required up to 10%.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience required
Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of a team/others

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Participate in collecting and analyzing data to maintain center quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Collaborate with the center manager to assist with quality compliance by meeting company, regulatory and customer requirements to safeguard the purity and efficacy of the plasma and the safety of donors and employees.
Work with quality personnel and QA team to develop corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits.
Ensure the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations and training and complete all OSHA record keeping and reporting.
Employee recruitment, training, counseling, and termination, and corrective action programs.
To achieve compliance, follow HR policies by treating all employees fairly with HR.
Support the center's marketing and advertising efforts.
