About The Position
Change Lives Through Math. Mathnasium is looking for a dynamic Assistant Center Director to help lead our Clayton Ladue team. You’ll help manage operations, inspire a team of instructors, and build lasting relationships with families in our community. As an Assistant Center Director, you’re helping ensure every student who walks through our doors develops the confidence and skills to excel. You will drive the center's growth by turning inquiries into enrollments and instructors into mentors.
Requirements
- Ability to talk to anyone, from a struggling 2nd grader to a high school principal.
- Results-oriented and motivated by hitting targets.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable with Google Suite and learning new management software.
- Math proficiency as determined by a skills evaluation on topics ranging up to Algebra I and Geometry.
Nice To Haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Comprehensive training to master the Mathnasium Method within your first 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Help recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of instructors.
- Manage sales, lead conversion, and local marketing to hit revenue goals.
- Help the Center Director be a point of contact for parents and local schools, providing world-class customer service.
- Oversee the "Mathnasium Method," ensuring student learning plans are accurate and effective.
- Help process billing and scheduling to keep the center customer-ready.
