About The Position

Mathnasium is a math-only supplementary learning center that uses its proprietary Mathnasium Method, individualized curricula, and specific teaching constructs to create customized learning plans for students at different skill levels. A center in the Lake Forest area is seeking an Associate Center Director to help oversee center operations, work with students and parents, and manage a team of Instructors. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, entrepreneurial, and organizational skills and can help operate the learning center through sales, instructional leadership, parent communication, staff management, and administration. With intensive training, the Associate Center Director is expected to perform Center Director duties and become a Center Director within a few months.

Responsibilities

Present a polished and compelling sales message to parents to support student enrollment.
Administer the Mathnasium curriculum through student assessment and diagnosis, learning-plan development, and progress documentation.
Manage the student learning environment and daily session activities.
Manage a team of Instructors and ensure instruction aligns with Mathnasium methodology.
Communicate regularly with parents.
Provide superior customer service to support student retention.
Help oversee center operations and administration.
