About The Position

The Assistant Care Growth Manager supports the Care Growth Manager in business development and growth initiatives by assisting with client acquisition, referral development, community outreach, and relationship management. This role works closely with the Care Growth Manager to identify growth opportunities, maintain referral sources, and promote the organization's services.

Requirements

Customer service experience required with proven ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
2+ years of experience in relationship management.
Demonstrates success in growing and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
Valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.
Successfully pass all required Minnesota background studies and employment screenings.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Windows-based software applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates confidence, professionalism, and sound judgment when interacting with clients and referral partners.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently under the direction of the Care Growth Manager.
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
