About The Position

As an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM), you help drive business growth, client outcomes, and team performance within your local market. Partnering with the Branch Manager, you support strategy execution to expand relationships, grow assets, and increase market impact, using sound judgment and data-driven decisions to influence branch results. You will step into a highly collaborative environment where leadership, coaching, and client engagement are at the core of the role. You will work closely with branch leadership and peers to deepen client relationships, enhance team performance, and deliver a consistent Schwab experience. Your ability to actively listen, communicate effectively, and adapt your approach will enable you to navigate complex client and employee needs while driving outcomes.

Requirements

  • A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required
  • Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 66 (or Series 63/65) license
  • Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8) licenses
  • Currently hold or obtain the Life and Health Insurance license
  • Relevant financial services experience, including client acquisition, relationship growth, and demonstrated industry knowledge
  • Exposure to business development or leadership activities preferred
