About The Position
The Assistant Branch Manager is a team builder who can both develop business and perform technical work. The role leads and mentors construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical engineering staff, supports projects across both disciplines, and helps raise ECS’s profile in the marketplace. Responsibilities also include senior-level review and preparation of geotechnical reports, client and business development, and helping staff market ECS’s services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering; similar engineering degrees are considered if the program is ABET-accredited.
- 10–15 years of technical and managerial experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities
