Hanover Bank is looking for a full-time Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. The Assistant Branch Manager Officer delivers exceptional client service while proactively driving branch sales performance and deposit growth. This role is responsible for leading by example in executing a relationship-based sales and service strategy, focused on acquiring, retaining, and deepening both consumer and business relationships. The Assistant Branch Manager Officer ensures the Bank’s goals and objectives are achieved by combining strong operational oversight with disciplined sales execution, including outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and community engagement. In partnership with Retail Management and Business Development Officers, this role is accountable for the development and execution of strategies to achieve branch growth, business development, and deposit expansion goals. This individual manages all branch functions, while coaching and motivating staff to deliver proactive, needs-based selling and high-touch client service.
