Requirements
- At least 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Acumatica is preferred

Responsibilities
- Support our Bookkeeper with day-to-day bookkeeping and financial tasks as you learn the broader responsibilities of the role.
- Process payroll information, employee timecards, and supporting records.
- Maintain employee information, benefits records, health insurance details, 401(k) information, and new-hire documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to help keep our financial operations running smoothly.
- Handle sales tax-related bookkeeping and maintain accurate supporting records.
- Process banking transactions, including ACH payments, and assist with local trips to the bank and post office.
- Enter financial data, including credit card receipts and other day-to-day bookkeeping information, accurately and consistently.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as this newly created position develops alongside our growing business.
