The Assistant Banquet Manager will support departmental goals by managing inventory, costs, and schedules, and will supervise banquet staff, ensuring all tasks are completed, service is polished, and team morale remains high. Additionally, this position will step in for the Banquet Manager as needed and assist with hiring, training, and daily team leadership.
