About The Position

The Assistant Banquet Manager will execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for meetings and social events, coordinate with vendors and departments to deliver seamless events, and support departmental goals by managing inventory, costs, and schedules. This role involves supervising banquet staff, ensuring side work is completed, service is polished, and morale remains high. The Assistant Banquet Manager will also step in for the Banquet Manager as needed, assisting with hiring, training, and daily team leadership.

Requirements

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet during busy shifts.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
