Responsible for assisting the Bakery Department Manager to present the freshest, most innovative, and best quality products at a competitive retail price to customers. Additionally, you will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members. This role involves instructing, assigning, reviewing, and planning the work of others, maintaining standards, coordinating activities, and allocating personnel. The position requires daily exposure to noise, temperature extremes, dampness, vibrations, equipment movement hazards, and dangerous chemicals/solvents, with weekly exposure to dirt and occasional exposure to electrical shock in a fast-paced work environment with significant pressure.
