About The Position

Assistant Manager – Nothing Bundt Cakes Red Mill Help Lead with Joy at Nothing Bundt Cakes! Our bakery at 2216 General Booth Boulevard is passively looking for a dependable, hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, support the team, and deliver a strong guest experience while directly supporting the bakery's General Manager. We anticipate this position being open at the end of April. Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations across FOH, BOH, and community events
  • Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable
  • Ensure a high-quality guest experience and strong team culture
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and shift execution
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product quality
  • Manage labor, inventory, and waste to meet business goals
  • Support events, marketing, and community engagement efforts
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and follow operational procedures
