About The Position

The Emergency Care Service in the Division of Supportive and Acute Care Services, Department of Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a full-time faculty member at the Assistant Attending level for clinical service with a focus on emergency medicine and oncology. This position would be required to regularly staff our Urgent Care Center to treat acutely ill patients for at least 146 twelve-hour shifts per year and promptly diagnose and manage emergency conditions experienced by patients receiving a variety of cancer directed therapies.

Requirements

  • Graduated from an ACGME-accredited residency program
  • Superb clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with clinical research.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in emergency medicine or internal medicine.
  • Eligibility for licensure in New York and New Jersey.

Responsibilities
