You will support daily office functions, help manage workflows, assist with payroll and employee processes through iSolved, maintain critical firm systems, and contribute to process improvements that help the entire team succeed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, human resources, legal administration, or a supervisory role
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office-management systems
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in iSolved software, including payroll processing, employee onboarding, benefits administration, paid time off, and employee records
  • Previous experience working in a law firm or professional-services environment
  • Experience with Clio, MindMeister, Dialpad, and other legal or business-management systems
  • Prior supervisory or team-lead experience, including employee training, performance management, and staff accountability
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, legal studies, or a related field
