The Assistant Administrator is a member of the leadership team, assists and collaborates with the Campus Administrator to (a) ensure that Sholom’s high standards are met in all operations/functions; (b) set goals and benchmarks for the campus and leads the team to reach both financial and performance goals; and (c) ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, accreditation, company policies and standards for compliance.
