About The Position

This role involves assisting in the management and organization of office operations and procedures. The Assistant Admin will handle incoming communications, manage office resources, prepare documents, and process specific requests. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information and cash transactions. Availability during weeknights is also a requirement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in office software including word processing, spreadsheets, and email tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Weeknight availability (5pm-1am).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and organizing office operations and procedures.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventories, replenishing as needed.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Take refund requests, receipt requests, and paperwork verification.
  • Cash handling experience.
