About The Position
The University of Northern Iowa's Department of Accounting seeks applicants for a temporary Assistant Adjunct Professor to teach in-person accounting courses, starting in January 2027. This is a temporary position for the Spring 2027 service schedule.
Requirements
- PhD or DBA in the area of accounting or business
- Accounting work experience
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in accounting
- Evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- CPA or other related professional accounting credential
- Record of excellence in teaching with evidence of a student-focused approach
- Experience teaching is preferred
