We are looking for a high-energy, dedicated Janitorial Assistant Account Manager to join our retail and commercial operations in the vibrant downtown Nashville area. This is a vital "behind-the-scenes" leadership role where you will act as the right hand to our Account Manager, ensuring our night-shift operations run like a well-oiled machine.

Requirements

1-2 years of supervisory experience
Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) required
Computer literate
Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for this role.
3-5 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Maintenance Lead, or in a similar facility management capacity.
Comfortable using a smartphone for inspections and basic Microsoft Office applications for administrative reporting.
Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Directly oversee and motivate a team of 20+ nighttime frontline employees, ensuring high morale and productivity.
Manage work schedules, establish workflow standards, and conduct site evaluations to maintain Class A office and retail standards.
Serve as the primary support for the Account Manager, utilizing your bilingual skills to lead our predominantly Spanish-speaking team.
Be visible and active on-site, overseeing both office cleaning and outdoor retail trash/facility maintenance, especially during high-energy Nashville weekend events.
