The Assistant Account Manager works under the direction of the Account Manager II or Account Manager I to serve and interact with customers, prepare orders for production, and perform other clerical support. Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Some customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Capacity and willingness to learn a variety of computer software applications including, but not limited to, order entry and job ticket systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
