The Assistant Account Manager supports the Account Management team by coordinating client-related activities, managing project details, preparing documentation, and tracking deadlines to ensure accurate and timely delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support, customer service, or account coordination experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Account Management, or related field preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Candidates nearing completion of a degree will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day client and project needs
  • Assist with project coordination, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and client communications
  • Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule
  • Provide administrative and operational support as needed
