About The Position

The Assistant Account Manager, Entertainment provides a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing commercial lines accounts with a focus on Entertainment. This position assists with certificates of insurance, policy changes, gathering renewal information, preparing client presentations, general account assistance, and other special projects. This position will require meeting daily production standards, goals, and service commitments. Prepares quotes and proposals, reviews policies, processes endorsements/certificates/MVRs/Loss Runs/ID cards, binds policies, and assists with audits and premium financing as necessary.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Holds an insurance license in good standing
  • Effectively interacts with all levels within the organization
  • Computer proficient with MSOS, Outlook, agency management systems (Epic preferred)

  • Light Entertainment experience preferred
