About The Position

HUB SoCal is looking for full-time trainees (Assistant Account Managers) to join our team. This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week and is a regular, full-time position with HUB, which includes all HUB benefits. Successful completion of training will prepare individuals to obtain a Property & Casualty License.

Requirements

• College Graduates, Final Year College Students with an expected graduation date before June 2026, and Veterans seeking a new career opportunity.
• Preferred area of study include but not limited to Risk Management & Insurance, Marketing, Communications, General Business Management, Economics, & Finance.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States for U.S Employment opportunities.
• Proof of work authorization will be required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience
• No Travel Required
• Diploma
